Viewing a list by its link needs no account. To reserve a gift a guest has to sign in or sign up.

When should I send the list?

For a birthday, three to four weeks before; for a wedding, with the invitation, one to two months before. That way guests have time to choose without hurry.

Doesn’t a wishlist look like a demand?

Not if you present it as a hint, not a condition. People are usually grateful not to have to guess, and a gift from outside the list is fine too.

What if someone gave me something that is not on the list?

Thank them just as warmly. A wishlist is a hint, not an obligation, and the attention matters more than the thing.

When to start

Make the list three to four weeks before the birthday. Guests will have time to choose and buy a gift, and you will avoid rushed purchases.

Step by step

Create a separate list called “Birthday” and set the event date.
Add eight to twelve wishes: small things, medium and big gifts.
For each wish add a link, a photo and a price.
Mark the priority so the most important stands out.
Turn on “By link” access and send it to guests.
After the celebration, mark what you received and delete what you do not need.

Different price levels

Add small things under UAH 300, medium gifts under UAH 1000 and one or two bigger wishes. That way every guest finds an option for their budget, and you will not have to turn anyone down.

How to share it

Send the link to the guests’ chat or put it in the invitation to the party.
Do not publish the list publicly if you want only your people to see it.
Remind guests that reserving a gift helps avoid buying the same thing.

Reservations and the surprise

In Bazhanka guests reserve gifts, and you see that a wish is reserved, but not who reserved it. If you want even the marks hidden, turn on the “Surprise” mode in the list settings.

How do I create a wishlist?

In Bazhanka open “Lists” and press “create list”. Add a title, a description and an event date if you like, then fill the list with wishes from links or by hand. When the list is ready, share the link.

What should I put in a wishlist?
